Timescales

All our products are created to your exact chosen specifications and we aim to produce all products and ship within 14 working days.

We understand that in certain situations you will require your order in a much faster time frame, we do offer an express service and can produce and ship your item within 7 working days.

In addition to this we can also offer a super express service for all our plain wedding rings where we can produce and ship these in 2 working days.

Standard 14 working day delivery service – Free of Charge.
Express 7 working day delivery service – £30.00 (inc VAT)
Super Express 2 working day delivery service – £50.00 (inc VAT) available only on plain rings.

Prototype rings can be made for most of our products and are generally produced and shipped within 5–7 working days, for details on pricing for this service please see our 'Try Before Your Buy' page.

Delivery Process

We understand that there is nothing more frustrating that being kept in the dark regarding your order, not knowing what is going on or when you are likely to receive it.

This is why we developed a state of the art order management system, ensuring perfect communication between us and you, once you have added your order to the checkout area and are ready to purchase you will be prompted to setup a password to create a login for your account, this is completely optional however if you would like to use this feature you will need to do this.

Once we have received your order you will be contacted within 24 hours by the jeweller incharge of your account and the production of your piece, simply to introduce themselves and to let you know your account is active and production has begun on your order. They will also be no more than a call or a click away to answer queries regarding your order.

You can then login to your account 24 hours a day and look at your order as it moves through various processes of our workshop, ensuring piece of mind from start to finish.

You will also be alerted via email at the various different stages as our order passes through them.

Once your order is ready for dispatch you will be contacted by our dispatch team to let you know the item is leaving us that day and ensure it is convenient for you to take receipt of the package the following day.

We send many of our products via Royal Mail special delivery which is fully trackable and insured from door to door, if your item is of extremely high value we may send it via a secure courier service. You can rest assure that whichever service we use, your item will be fully trackable and insured to the appropriate value right up until you take receipt. All of our products are also shipped in a beautiful and elegant gift box and safely packaged to protect in transit.

Should you not receive your order on the agreed date please contact us with your tracking ID and we will help you in any way we can.
