Below is an outline of the unique points of our quality diamond guarantee.

LIFETIME TRADE-IN*

You many trade-in any diamond purchased from Bell & Son bearing this guarantee at any time for another diamond provided your new selection is atleast twice that of the original retail value of the diamond being traded.

We guarantee to buy your diamond at the original purchase price, which you can then put towards your new selection.

30 Day Refund Or Exchange+

If for any reason your purchase is no longer suitable, Bell & Son will offer a full refund or exchange up to 30 days after purchase providing the item is returned to us in an unworn re–sellable condition with all the original packaging and receipt/invoice.

Lifetime MOT

Please feel free to bring or send your item back to us at any time for a free inspection and complimentary clean & polish.

Insurance Valuations

Every diamond purchased from Bell & Son comes with a free insurance valuation carried out at time of purchase for the nearest replacement value of your item.

Quality Control

Every item of jewellery supplied by Bell & Son has been expertly inspected and quality controlled up to the stringent standards of our workshop, it is only at this point that the item is approved, passed and awarded this quality guarantee.

We promise that every one of our single stone or loose diamonds .25ct or more will be independently certified by an internationally recognised gem testing laboratory. The certificate will be dispatched shortly after the ring is sent for security purposes, just so if the worst was to happen in transit they are not together.

We also promise that all our diamonds are sourced ethically and done so in alignment with the Kimberly process.

We can also provide certificates for smaller diamonds, and other multiple diamond jewellery, simply get in touch and let us know your requirements.

In certain circumstances we may not be able to source the exact stone requested within the required timescale. If this is the case we will offer alternatives such as upgrade the diamond a little or offer a special deal. We will always contact you if this is the case or if your order will vary in any way from the one you have submitted, even if the stone we are supplying is better than on the original order.
