All Orders manufactured to your Specific requirements
We do not carry any products physically instock to dispatch 'Off the Shelf'. All orders are expertly crafted to your exact specification once your order is completed.

All Orders Shipped Direct from the UK
All orders are manufactured in our very own on-site workshop based in Hertfordshire. From start to finish your order will only be produced by our very own goldsmiths.

Your Card will only be charged once the order is ready for shipping
Unlike Many Online websites we do not charge your card until the very day we are ready to ship your order to you. We are proud that every product is created to order and to your exact chosen specification.

Full refund or Exchange policy
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund within 30 days of delivery as long as it is brand new and in unworn condition (Bespoke Cad Cam work is excluded, see full terms and conditions for details).

100% secure online ordering system
Your card details are submitted securely across a 128 bit SSL encrypted server direct to SagePay who are our payment gateway, meaning they cannot be intercepted or read by anyone. You credit card details are not stored one our server.

Express Delivery Service
We aim to produce all orders within a maximum timeframe of 2-3 weeks (Bespoke Cad Cam Orders may take longer, this will be discussed during the design process) however if you require your item much sooner then please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Bricks and morter store
We are proud to have a fully functioning retail store based in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire with a majority of the Designs you see online made up in prototypes for you to view and try on. You can also see our workshop and meet our goldsmiths and designers to discuss anything you like.

Established Company
We have been in the business of creating jewellery since 1998 in the same premises we are now, and our master goldsmith and head of workshop Keith Bell has been producing and repairing jewellery for over 45 years(!) and has a hand picked team of some of the finest jewellers in the industry working alongside him.
