In these Terms and Conditions: "We" and "Us" means Bell & Son (the online trading name of Best in Jewellery Ltd). "You" means the person using the website.

Website Useage

* By using the website you are confirming that you are 18 years old or over, or if you are under 18 then you are using it with the consent of a parent or guardian.
* By using our website you are accepting these terms and conditions.

* You must not use our website in any way that may cause, it or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way.

Security

* Your IP is logged when placing an order. This is for fraud protection. All orders are scanned by our fraud department before they are shipped.
* If you specify a different shipping address to the billing address your order may take longer as we have to perform the necessary checks. Fraudulent orders will be submitted to all the appropriate authorities.

Placing An Order

* After placing an order online we will email you a confirmation of your order as soon as possible. This email will confirm what you have ordered and the price. This is not an order acceptance from us.
* When we despatch your order we will send you a despatch confirmation email to the email address you provided. This email marks our formal acceptance of your order and our obligation to complete the contract.
* If a different delivery address has been requested we reserve the right to send a letter to the billing address to confirm order details
* We do not have to accept any order and reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order once it has been placed. This may be done for example if:

Your payment is not authorised or has been marked as fraudulent, or potentially fraudulent, by the payment system.
Payment has been made using a cord not issued in a country we dispatch to.
There is an error on the website regarding the price or description of a product.
The items orderd are no longer in stock or available.

* If the item(s) you have ordered are unavailable you will be notified as soon as possible.
* By placing an order with us you are confirming that the information you have given is true and accurate and that you are authorised to use the card on which payment was made.

* All products are subject to availability of materials and parts which are subject to change without prior notice.
* Products shown will not be actual size, where available approximate measurements are provided.
* All colours are reproduced as accurately as electronic processes allow.
* We reserve the right to amend the details and specifications of our products as necessary or to conform with any changes in UK or EU requirements.
* We try to ensure that our website is as accurate as possible, however, we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies or errors beyond our control.
* All items will be supplied in our own packaging.

Pricing And Payment

* All prices are in Pounds Sterling and include VAT at the current rate.
* Where applicable delivery costs will be added to the total price of the goods.
* Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancelling, refunding or exchanging an order

* Due to the nature of our business and the fact that each and every product is designed to a personal specification whether it be a bespoke one off piece or a tailored piece from our library, we do not offer refunds, however if the item is received by yourself and not exactly what you where expecting, we will exchange the item for any other of equal or greater value.
* Exchanges are to be made with a 30 day timescale and the item to be in a pristine unworn condition.
* You can cancel an order and receive a full refund at any time up to the point of shipping the order. (Unless the order is a bespoke piece and an exception form has been signed by you and us). Once the order has been received and signed for by you the item is yours and would only then qualify for an exchange within a 30 day period.
* To amend an order please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss the amendment and see which stage the order is at.

Delivery

* We will endeavour to meet any given date for delivery however we cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond our control. If we are unable to make the expected delivery date we shall inform you by email or phone as soon as possible.
* Once dispatched all orders are fully insured by Royal Mail or a secure courier until they have been delivered and signed for.
* You are responsible for all returns to us and ensuring they are packaged appropriately, lost or damages items will not be the responsibility of Bell & Son.

Liability

* We cannot accept responsiblity for any loss or damage experienced as a result of our website, or the goods and services supplied by it, except as required by law.
* We are still liable for:

The quality of the products and services we provide.
Fradualent misrepresentation.

Promotional Voucher Codes

* We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a promotion at any time without prior notice.
* The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
* Only one promotional voucher can be used per order.
* The promotional voucher can be redeemed on the website or by quoting your unique promotional code to one of our sales team when you phone to place your order.
* The promotional voucher is not redeemable in our shops.
